All Artwork is shipped worldwide, in a carefully packed packaging.
Any artwork available on the website will be shipped within 5 days. International shipping will be sent via one of the major couriers. A tracking No will be sent to you once the shipping is done.
Shipping charges will be confirmed prior to finalising the order, unless details are provided on the website.
Charges for shipping will be based upon where the artwork is being shipped.
Any charges especially customs charges incurred outside the United Kingdom will be bourne by the customer and must be dealt with by the customer and the respective customs agency or any other agency.
All art which is commissioned or made to order will have different time frames for shipping and will be discussed and finalised when placing the order.
All Artwork will be insured for freight.
All Artwork must be paid for in full prior to shipping.
Variations in colour
Sometimes colours on the website may vary slightly from the real artwork as it is not possible for all variations to be displayed digitally.
If you are not happy with the Artwork, you must notify us immediately and must return it within 7 days in good condition in the original packaging. Shipping and Freight costs will be bourne by the customer. Once the Artwork is received by us, a refund will be processed within 7-14 days or a replacement will be sent in a time frame confirmed at the time of notifying us.
Cancellation and No Shows for Workshops
If you need to cancel a workshop, this must be notified to us at least 24 hours prior to the workshop. A refund will be made within 7-14 days less an admin charge which will depend upon the course. Details will be provided on request at the time of booking the workshop.
In the event there is a No show or you cancel in less than 24 hours prior to the workshop, No refund will be made.
We want you to be happy with any art that you purchase from us. If any problem arises, we will endeavour to resolve any issue which arises to the satisfaction of both parties
